Thank you. I've been saying this all along. Why is there a need to "follow" something not based on fact?

Thank you so much for saying this. Religion ALWAYS attempts to separate mankind from our surroundings. It assumes there's something greater, but IMO that's where religions falls short. There is NOTHING out THERE that's greater than us. THE UNIVERSE IS ONE. WE ARE ALL THE SAME GREATNESS. There is NO separation. Yes there is a higher power of course. Yes there should be appreciation for that power. But we are the SAME POWER just in a finite sense, that's all.

That faith is hard to program, because it requires belief in that every breath you take actually sucks in life giving oxygen.

Really? Not nowadays. Maybe it was hard when our ancestors first arrived here, the fact that religion was beaten into us. Funny you use oxygen. Because life is NOT based on faith. You can't breathe "faith".

I've always maintained I don't think it's a question of intelligence alone as opposed to fear, misinformation and gullibility. Though I do feel intelligence has to come into play at some point. At some point a person has to recognize what they are "following" and why.

That faith is hard to program, because it requires belief in that every breath you take actually sucks in life giving oxygen. Most of you have accepted this as scientific fact. You really dont have the knowlege base to know for sure.

Ok cover your mouth with duck tape, cut off all access to air. Then let me know how faith will get air though the tape. NO CHEATING, like punching holes in tape. Just wait for "faith" to open an airway. When I see the ambulance pick up someone with in need of air, I see them use an "oxygen" mask, not a "faith" mask.

Since you have never actually measured the Kreb cycle or Oxygen, you dont know. You took what some scientist said on faith.
