    Did you READ my statement? I started the decline started around 1970 and teenager started having children younger and younger. If you do the math of my statement of course by the 80's and 90's and 00's the number explode, yes. Why do I need to look it up when you're confirming my statement?

    My original quote was based on you stating that people in the "hood" where catching hell because of non integration. Now they're catching hell because they're not focused.

    You never mentioned "focus", you mentioned "integration". I was responding to you claiming the lack of integration is what ails the "hood".

Moreover, my original response wasnt even to a question you posed. What happened to the hood had nothing to do with integration
